Hubertus Thonhauser | Founding Partner
Hubertus is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor and board member with background in the gaming, venture capital and digital assets spaces. He played a leading role in building the regulated casino industry in Switzerland between 2001 and 2010, and subsequently co-founded Babil Games, which became the world’s no. 1 mobile-games publisher with Arabic content, acquired by Stillfront Group in 2018.

Saad Umerani | Founding Partner
Saad Umerani leads ValuStrat's M&A practice, bringing extensive experience as both an entrepreneur and investor. With a background in building successful CPG brands in the Middle East, he has over a decade of hands-on involvement in global DTC brands. Additionally, he has founded two fintech software companies specializing in credit ratings and valuations. Previously, he worked in investment banking in Abu Dhabi and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
